The Higher Learning Commission (HLC) is an independent corporation that was founded in 1895 as one of six regional institutional accreditors in the United States. HLC accredits degree-granting post-secondary educational institutions in the North Central region.

Medical Assistant – Medical Assistants, in accordance with respective state laws, perform a broad range of administrative and clinical duties, as indicated by the American Association of Medical Assistants recent role delineation study. The Â鶹ƵµÀ Medical Assistant program is accredited by the American Association of Medical Assistants recent role delineation study. The Â鶹ƵµÀ Medical Assistant program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (www.caahep.org), on recommendation of the Medical Assisting Education Review Board (MAERB).
